Board by early afternoon, muster drill, then sail-away from Port Everglades with a drink on the top deck as Florida slips astern. Seven nights aboard, the ship both hotel and transport — ports by day, the sea doing the miles by night.
Day at sea: laps of the promenade, a spa morning, the first formal night at dinner.
Cozumel, Mexico — tender ashore and a fast ferry to the mainland for the Mayan ruins at Tulum above the sea, or just snorkel the Palancar reef and be back for sail-away.
Roatán, Honduras — a catamaran to the West Bay reef, one of the Caribbean's best wall dives, then a beach afternoon before all-aboard.
Belize City — tender in for the cave-tubing through jungle rivers, or the boat out to the barrier reef; a long tender day, so plan the earlier excursion slot.
Grand Cayman — tender to George Town, then Stingray City on the sandbar to stand waist-deep among wild rays, and Seven Mile Beach after.
Final day at sea: pack, settle the account, a last formal dinner and the disembarkation talk. Put luggage out by midnight.
